This afternoon, children from Richard Lander School visited Bosvigo to teach a group of keen Year 4s how to make healthy ‘Rainbow Wraps’. This was in aid of Chef Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution which is a global campaign to give children access to consuming and understanding good, healthy food.
The children washed, chopped, grated and prepared tasty wraps that included beetroot, carrot, feta cheese, cabbage and many more yummy things!
Finally (and most importantly), the children were allowed to eat what they had made. There were some mixed opinions but Troy from Class 8 commented, “It is so good!” and Miss Rowe thought, “They are so yummy and healthy – I’d like the recipe!”
